Note regarding the “upgrade fee”: To apply, you will need to pay the non-refundable upgrade assessment fee of $100.

Important Note: Requirements to “upgrade” from Base-Level to Pro-Level within a track (where a track is one of the following: SOX, GRC, ESG, CMP, CbMP, CitMP) are as follows:

Experience: A minimum of 3,600 hours (total over the prior three years) of relevant work experience.
Education: Ongoing continuous professional education (e.g. CPE/CPD/CEU/similar training) with a minimum of 12 hours over the 12 months.
References: A minimum of 2 work-related references (e.g. supervisor, client etc.) who can vouch for the veracity of your application.

Once you submit your application below, we will send it to the Certification Committee for review. Please allow up to 30 days for the review process to be complete, at which time we will notify you of the result of your application via email. If you do not hear from us within this 30 day period, please feel free to reach out to us.
