If you currently hold a Pro-level certification (ending in -P or -M or -A) from us, but no longer are meeting the 3,600 hours (total) of relevant work experience over the prior three years, you need to downgrade to the Base-Level until you can again meet the education and experience requirements. We will do this for you at no extra charge to you.

In addition, if you go from Pro- to Base-Level, and then wish to go back to Pro-Level (when you re-qualify for it), you do NOT need to pay for that upgrade.

Use the form below to temporarily (until you can again meet the experience requirements) “downgrade” from the Pro-Level certification to the Base-Level certificate. Please note that regardless of “level” (Base/Pro), you must still meet the education requirements (12 hours of SOX/GRC/ESG-related training per year) in order to renew (maintain) your certificate/certification each year.
