Often referred to as "Mr. Sarbanes Oxley"™ (Mr. SOX™) for his expertise in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Compliance and Controls, Mr. Sanjay Anand, Chairperson of the SOX, GRC, and ESG Institutes at the Sarbanes Oxley Group, is a prolific speaker, consultant, researcher, author, publisher, and entrepreneur.
With over 30 years of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across various aspects of business and technology.

He is a frequent reviewer of articles, as well as author of articles, for various journals. He has been recognized as a Founding Member of the NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) Center for Public Trust, and a member of the CEO Roundtable of SOX Compliance Journal. He is also a current member of the global Psychometrics Society devoted to the advancement of quantitative measurement practice, a Community Member of the Online Learning Consortium (OLC) dedicated to quality and leadership in online and digital learning, and he has been on the boards and committees of several domestic (US) as well as international (overseas) for- and non-profit organizations/NGOs.
